Do my travellers need to download an app or create an account?
No. They scan the trip QR code (or open the link), fill in their name and phone, and they are done. Every reservation gets a private link they can use later to check their spot or cancel — no password, no app.
What happens when a trip is full?
Extra bookings go onto a waiting list in the order they arrived, and the position is shown to the traveller. When a seat frees up you decide who moves up — promotion is manual on purpose, so a cancellation never hands the seat to the wrong person.
Can I take a booking for a whole group?
Yes. One person can add up to ten people in a single booking, and you approve or reject the group as a unit. You can also enrol someone by hand from the dashboard when they book over the phone or at the counter.
Does Cirtrava handle payments?
Cirtrava tracks them rather than collecting them. You mark each participant paid, unpaid or free, and the revenue reports add up what you have actually collected against what you expect — by week, month, season or a custom range. Travellers still pay you the way they always have.
